It’s my friends camera and usually when she plugs it in to get her pictures, the folder will pop right up. She did it on my computer once without a program for it, and it worked. Now when I hook it up, the Removable Disc (F) folder has a music file in it, and a few folders with word documents. When I try getting them from ‘Camera or Scanner’ in ‘My Pictures’, it starts scanning. I dont know how to change it to upload them from the camera, instead of having the scanner turn on. It’s a Polaroid izone 300 digital camera. I dont know if that will help. But my friend said that all she has to do is hook it up to her computer, and the folder should pop right up with the pictures. It’s getting frustrating…

I’m ready to buy a digital camera but I would like to get an opinion from the masses.

Heres the scenario…I ride a sport bike and I plan on mounting a digital/video camera to my bike while I ride. The video length needs to be longer than just 30 seconds. I also want good quality picture capabilities as well. I’m hoping to spend no more than $275.

Any suggestions?

I see a lot of people who take photos of themselves or a few people in a group for MySpace, Facebook, etc. How do these people learn to take such good photos of themselves? Do they have cameras that they can see how they look in the photos they take of themselves as they take them, if so what digital camera is it?

also.. what whould be the best bag to use for a cary on?
